Meet The Team

Justin Weber

Justin Weber is the president and owner of Mountain To Valley Home Inspections LLC.

Justin brings years of business, customer service and inspection experience to our customers. Justin is a Certified Master Inspector, CMI® through the board of Certified Master Inspectors. As a Certified Master Inspector, he realizes and understands all aspects of the technical duties as well as the ethical standards a professional inspection team needs. Justin is certified through the DEP for PA radon testing.  He also strongly believes in his companies values; Professional, Thorough and Efficient. Justin has experience in all types of residential and commercial building inspections.

A diverse background in graduate school, running a business, commercial and residential building inspections, makes this a very intriguing venture. Justin lives in Mountain Top, PA with his wife Stefanie, two daughters, and dogs Meadow and Mugsy. In his spare time, Justin enjoys camping with his family, fishing, hunting and disc golf and going to concerts.

Mike Bonita, Certified Professional Inspector

A little about Mike. Mike comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate, home inspection and service industries. Mike holds his HVAC technician certification. Mike was already certified as a home inspector when he started with us, but he spent a lot of time pursuing his Certified Professional Inspector certification through InterNACHI. He is a valuable asset for all involved in the inspection process with his knowledge of the real estate industry as whole. Mike put selling and buying real estate on hold to pursue other opportunities with us. Mike is the proud father of 4 wonderful children and currently resides in Exeter, PA. During his “downtime” (whats that???), Mike enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and watching his children play sports. When you see Mike out at an inspection make sure you give him a warm welcome!

Rachel

Business Development Representative

Rachel is pursuing her degree in Human Resource Management along with a minor in Marketing at King’s College. Her background includes time spent working in management, customer service, as well as being a volunteer for the McGlynn Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She is dedicated to bringing her best to the work place to ensure administrative duties are done correctly and that each employee has the necessities they need to succeed. When she is not working or at school, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Harper a one-year-old rambunctious Golden Retriever. She also enjoys getting to travel to new places as there is so much of the world she cannot wait to see.
